The crew behind each live show

Our core team covers direction, vision mixing, engineering and streaming. Each person brings a clear specialism, and clients usually know who they will speak to from first call to final cue.

What we stand for

  1. Calm under pressure

Live shows rarely go exactly to plan. We keep our voices level on the intercom, make decisions quickly and let the crew settle into the work rather than react to every change.

  2. Clear communication

Directors, operators and clients all need the same information at the same moment. We agree how cues and changes pass through the gallery before the show begins.

  3. Technical care

Signal paths, labelling and equipment checks are done before doors open. Daniel Foster keeps our systems steady, so long broadcast days do not depend on luck.

Before the show

Callum Hartley or the assigned producer talks through the running order and the venue with you. Daniel checks the signal path and the equipment list. Hannah Whitlock plans graphics and streaming details where they apply. Everyone knows their role and their cue points ahead of time. Questions are raised early, while there is still room to answer them without pressure.

During the show

The director leads and the gallery follows, with Priya Nair switching and operators handling replay, graphics and playout. Intercom calls are short and specific. If something changes, the change is passed through one voice rather than several. Technical problems go straight to the engineer, so the rest of the crew can stay on the programme.

After the show

We confirm what was recorded and delivered and talk through anything that did not go as intended. Notes from the day go back to the client. Newer operators are trained by Priya and the senior crew, who review shows together. That habit keeps our standards steady from one booking to the next.
